Where to Park?

Availability of Parking

Signs are posted at each parking lot designating the requirements for utilizing that particular lot. Be sure to pay close attention to the posted signs, as it is possible that changes may have been made during the summer months. For a list of resident and commuter parking lots, please visit the respective Resident and Commuter Parking Lot pages located within this parking guide.

Parking Spaces

Please note that parking spaces are specifically striped in yellow.  A legal parking space is defined to be a space between two yellow painted lines.  It is the motorist’s responsibility to find a legal parking space. A space that is not specifically striped in yellow is not to be considered as an acceptable parking space, and parking a vehicle in such a location will result in a citation being given to the driver of the vehicle.

There are nearly 350 on campus resident parking spaces, with an additional 210 spaces available to resident students at the Remote Lot (west of campus). Parking allocated toward commuter students is numbered at 420 parking spaces, many of which are available for use by North Central College Faculty and Staff as well.
