
The Residence Hall Room and Board Agreement is a binding contract that may not be disregarded without the written consent of the Director of Residence Life. The agreement, or contract, is issued for the entire academic year. If, for some reason, you need to break the contract, you will forfeit your room deposit and will be charged a $500 liquidation fee. You may request to be released from your contract by completing a Contract Release Form which you may pick-up in the Office of Residence Life located at 224 E. Chicago Ave.
