Resident Parking Lots

Land is precious in Naperville and, admittedly, parking is tight on campus. We do our best, however, to provide our students, faculty, staff members and guests with conveniently located and well-maintained and monitored parking lots.

The Office of Campus Safety recognizes that it is at times difficult to find an available parking space. As such, the Office of Campus Safety has compiled the following information for your convenience.

First Year Residents - Please remember that on-campus parking for First-Year residents is prohibited. All First Year resident students must utilize the Remote Lot.

All Red lots indicated in the above map are Resident Lots. The Remote Lot is indicated
in purple and is located to the West. Click on a lot for the lot's parking information.

Resident Parking Lots

Kimmel & Seybert Hall Lot

Designation: Resident Student
Location: Behind 224 N. Loomis St. Use School St. entrance.
Capacity: 54
Handicap Capacity: 0
Hours of use: 24 Hours
Special notes: Two spaces reserved for maintenance and one residence life space.

Upper Highland Parking Deck

Designation: Resident Student
Location: Near 440 S. Brainard St. Use Highland Ave. entrance.
Capacity: 175
Handicap Capacity: 4
Hours of use: 24 Hours
Special notes: Utilized as guest parking during special events. One space reserved for Zipcar. Two spaces reserved for residence life.

Lower Highland Parking Deck

Designation: Resident Student
Location: Near 440 S. Brainard St. Use Brainard St. entrance.
Capacity: 63
Handicap Capacity: 2
Hours of use: 24 Hours
Special notes: Utilized as guest parking during special events.

Patterson & Ward Hall Lot

Designation: Resident Student
Location: 180 E. Chicago Ave. Use Brainard St. entrance.
Capacity: 54
Handicap Capacity: 2
Hours of use: 24 Hours
Special notes: Two spaces reserved for maintenance.

Remote Lot

Designation: Resident Student
Location: All Saints Catholic Academy, 1155 Aurora Ave.
Capacity: 210
Handicap Capacity: 0
Hours of use: 24 Hours
Special notes: All first year resident students wishing to bring a vehicle to North Central must park in the Remote Lot.
